Non-Food Vendor Requirements
All vendors must complete and comply with the following:

Hold Harmless Waiver form on the day of the event when you check into your booth at 4:00 PM
***IF you are considering distributing flyers, newsletters, contact information, brochures, etc. at the carnival, you must additionally contact sunriseelementarypfo@gmail.com for District Requirements NO LATER THAN Monday, April 8th, 2019 to start the process.***

As a NON-FOOD Vendor, no edible items can be provided to the public (either for free or for a charge), and this includes candy,

In addition, direct sales are not permitted on school property (handmade crafts are permitted for sale).
Because of this new requirement we are asking of you, we want to offer some additional benefits up to you in return.

We are planning to provide the contact information of all vendors to facilitate an easy avenue of communication of our attendees to contact you. We will use your registration Vendor Booth Name, Your Name, and provided Vendor Contact Email (please provide preferred Vendor Contact info if it is different from your registration contact information you provided NO LATER THAN Friday, April 12th, 2019).

Vendor BINGO Challenge sheets the night of the event

At 4 pm Vendor On-Site Check-In PFO will ask for a copy of any flyer and/or business card to put on a bulletin board to thank you as a contributor to our event and help you with publicity.

Also, PFO encourages you to collect attendee’s personal contact information at your booth during the event to follow up with potential customers after the event.
