As the school year gets into full swing the PFO would like to invite you to enroll your student(s) in our Active4Me program.
This program has many purposes;
· First, it is a safety tool – Students get scanned and a parents or guardians can get a text/email when their student has arrived at school.
· Second, families are helping the environment. – Students can ride their bikes, walk, scooter or carpool. This reduces the number of cars being driven to school every day.
· Third, it is invigorating. – Students who take in oxygen and are better prepared to start the day.
· Lastly, we earn money for the school through accumulating scans and competing with McGarvey Elementary during the year.
Kindergarten students will be receiving a form soon. If you would like to enroll your child(ren) please fill it out and return it to your teacher or the office. Students will then receive a tag to attach to their backpack. Students who earn 100 scans or more for the year, will earn an Ice Cream Social Party with Mrs. Fulgham at the end of the year!
